Here’s your weekly roundup of what local city councils, school boards and other government entities are tackling during regularly scheduled meetings. All meetings are open to the public, and citizens are welcome to voice their opinions during designated times. If you do wish to speak at a particular meeting, you may need to sign up in advance.

Alpine City Council • Will discuss at its work meeting findings in a Jan. 29 motion to provide accommodations for Alpine Recovery Lodge; Tuesday, Feb. 12, 7 p.m., 20 N. Main. View the Alpine agenda.

Davis County Commission • Will consider a change order involving the Administration/Library/CJC Project; Tuesday, Feb. 12, 10 a.m., Davis County Administrative Office Building, 61 S. Main St., Farmington. View the Davis County agenda.

Davis County Commission special meeting • Commissioners will hear input from the public and answer questions about county matters in connection with the Syracuse City Council meeting; Tuesday, Feb. 12, 6 p.m., 1979 W. 1900 South, Syracuse. View the Davis County special agenda.

Kaysville Planning Commission • Will consider a request to rezone 0.53 acre of property at 1051 W. 200 North from R-1-20 (Single Family Residential) to PB (Professional Business); Thursday, Feb. 14, 7 p.m., 23 E. Center St., Kaysville. View the Kaysville agenda.
