Refinery operations • The Utah Division of Air Quality is holding a public hearing on Holly Corporation's request to increase the processing of black and yellow wax crudes at its Woods Cross refinery from 26,000 barrels a day to 60,000 barrels a day. The hearing will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 3, in the board room of the Multi Agency State Office Building, 195 N. 1950 West, in Salt Lake City, and is scheduled to last at least one hour.
