Civics Central: Employee e-mail policies in Centerville, electronic signs in Farmington

Here’s your weekly roundup of what local city councils, school boards and other government entities are tackling during regularly scheduled meetings. All meetings are open to the public, and citizens are welcome to voice their opinions during designated times. If you do wish to speak at a particular meeting, you may need to sign up in advance.

Draper City Council • Will vote on action items of an open space encroachment property purchase and land trade requests; Tuesday, Dec. 4, 7 p.m., 1020 E. Pioneer Road, Draper. View the Draper City agenda.

Farmington City Council • Will hold a public hearing on a proposed scenic byway overlay electronic message sign ordinance; Tuesday, Dec. 4, 7 p.m., 160 S. Main St., Farmington. View the Farmington agenda.

Holladay Planning Commission • Will consider home occupation request for 6032 Latour St. for physical therapy and colon hydrotherapy business; Tuesday, Dec. 4, 7 p.m., Council Chambers of Municipal Center, 4580 S. 2300 East, Holladay. View the Holladay Planning Commission agenda.

Holladay City Council • Will hold public hearings on Village Plaza subdivision and also rezone from multi-family residential to neighborhood commercial to accommodate a new dental building at 2110 E.
