The woman’s body was spotted by an Arctic Circle restaurant employee Monday afternoon near 800 West and Emeril Avenue (30 North).
The official cause of death awaits the results of an autopsy.
However, three neighbors of the woman were questioned Monday night, telling investigators the woman had died of a drug overdose — and that they panicked, dragging her body outside and leaving her by the fence.
The three — two men and a woman — were booked into Salt Lake County Jail on suspicion of desecrating a human body.
