Pheasant hunters Saturday discovered the body of a missing Syracuse man.
Syracuse police Lt. Tracy Jensen said the hunters found Kenneth Wayne Wallace, 41, leaning up against a fence post in a field about 2½ to 3 miles from his girlfriend’s home, where he was last seen leaving Oct. 21.

Jensen said there were no obvious indications that Wallace was a victim of foul play, but an autopsy had been ordered.
He said it appeared Wallace had been dead a while.
