If someone asks what to expect from the weather, they may find "the answer is blowin’ in the wind," as Bob Dylan sang.
Sunday and Monday look to be breezy autumn days across the state, with highs in the 60s and a variable wind in most places. The National Weather Service in Salt Lake City does not expect the winds to peak higher than 9 mph as they pick up Sunday and calm down Monday.

Though the NWS forecasts a mostly mild work week for the state, a chance of rain in the valleys and snow in the higher elevations returns to northern Utah by Friday.
Salt Lake City is expected to have highs of 63 degrees on Sunday and Monday; Ogden 61 on both days; Provo 64 and 65; Logan 64 for both days; Wendover 62 both days; Duchesne 60 and 61; Cedar City 65 and 66; St. George 74 and 75; and Moab 66 and 67.
The Utah Department of Environmental Quality forecast "green," or healthy, air quality for Sunday and Monday.
