More than 12,500 eastern Utah electrical customers were left in the dark Tuesday morning.
Rocky Mountain Power spokeswoman Margaret Oler said the outage struck at 9:37 a.m. in the Vernal and Naples areas. Repair crews had restored service to all customers by 11 a.m.
