A section of North Redwood Road was closed down in both directions Wednesday morning after an accident that injured a motorcyclist.
The road, also known as State Road 68, was shut down in both directions at about 1900 North in Salt Lake City as of 8:30 a.m., the Utah Highway Patrol said. All lanes were reopened at 9:15 a.m.
The nature of and extent of the motorcyclist's injuries were not immediately released. Details about the accident also were not immediately available.
