Ogden police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man who burglarized a center that works with hundreds of at-risk youth.
Police said a passer-by snapped a photo of the man after he was spotted June 17 leaving Youth Impact, 2303 Grant Ave., carrying a chainsaw in an orange case.
