The search for a missing 5-year-old Tooele boy and his mom ended Friday afternoon after they were found in California.
Earlier the mother, 41-year-old Gina E. Cross, who police state suffers from mental illness allegedly disappeared with her son Noah Gardner Aug. 3 before she was set to lose custody of him.

Family members last heard from the pair Tuesday, said Tooele Police Lt. Paul Wimmer.
Just before 4:30 p.m. Wimmer issued a statement on the search.
"We have located Noah Gardner in California and will be lifting the Endangered Person Alert," Wimmer wrote.
