Authorities say Rygh was driving northbound on the interstate near mile marker 98 about 8:30 a.m. Saturday when an unidentified vehicle passed his Kia. The vehicle then drifted into his lane and forced Rygh to turn to avoid a collision.
Rygh’s car drove into the desert area and overturned. Troopers say the drifting vehicle fled the scene.
