Adam Beach, left, and Tara Ogden slide down the foam-covered Slick Track obstacle during the Ogden 5K Foam Fest at Fort BuenaÂventura State Park. The 5K sent runners through a 3.1-mile course that included mud pits, foam and water obstacles. The event raised money for Shared Hope International and The Pocket Foundation.
