Unified police Sunday morning found the 10-year-old boy, who had been missing overnight, unharmed at his friend's house.
Police had been combing a Millcreek neighborhood searching for Kout Mayul, 10, was last seen Saturday night at a family barbecue at Valley Center Park, 4013 S. 700 West.
Police said while at the barbecue, Kout was scolded by his mother, and officials believe he left the park because he was in trouble. Authorities said the boy was finally located late Sunday morning, safe. Police said they're speaking with the youth, and once they've finished, he'll be reunited with his family.
