Two men are accused of sexually assaulting a teenager at a mobile home park in Tremonton after she went to their home in the middle of the night for a cigarette.
Police allege an 18-year-old woman went outside at about 3 a.m. Sunday and asked her 44-year-old neighbor for a cigarette, according to charging documents filed in 1st District Court this week.

The teen’s neighbor allegedly told her the cigarettes were in his bedroom and that she could go get them.
But when the teen tried to leave the bedroom, the 44-year-old man and a 46-year-old man followed and started "rubbing her" and asking her what she wanted, charging documents state.
The woman allegedly told the men she wanted to leave, but they started removing her clothing. One man pulled up her shirt and started kissing her while the other pulled down her pants and tried to get her to grab his private parts, documents show.
The men allegedly forced her onto the bed and while the 46-year-old held her down, police said, the other man raped her.
The men then let her go and she ran home, called police and went to the hospital.
Both men were arrested and remain in the Box Elder County jail on cash-only bonds.
They are charged with first-degree felony charges of aggravated sexual assault, aggravated kidnapping, rape and forcible sodomy.
