Nevada Highway Patrol officials say 40-year-old Sonia Rodriguez was driving a Chevy Blazer near mile marker 102 when a tire started to deflate. She lost control of the vehicle, which rolled over several lanes and into the median.

The teen was ejected and died at the scene. A 37-year-old woman and a 9-year-old boy were airlifted to a hospital.

A 19-year-old woman and two girls ages 16 and 7 were taken to a hospital by ambulance.

All were from Spanish Fork.
