Restrictions lifted for I-80 motorists, remain for Canyons

The Utah Highway Patrol said it has lifted all restrictions for Interstate 80 motorists following this morning’s snow.

Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon were both open, but motorists must use a 4 x 4 transmission or chains.
