During the dinner recess, Reps. Mike Noel, R-Kanab, left, and Rep. Neal Hendrickson, D-West Valley City, play "Stuck in Folsom Prison" with adapted lyrics during a sound check in the Utah House of Representatives Thursday. They are part of the band called "Cowboy Mike and the Jackwagons" — they plan to play a set at the end of the session around midnight on the House floor.
