Elko, Nev. • A Utah woman accused in a two-state crime spree has been ordered to stand trial in Nevada on 13 felony counts.

Angela Marie Hill, 26, was bound over Thursday afternoon after two days of testimony in Elko Justice and Municipal Court.

Hill and Logan Welles McFarland, 24, have been named persons of interest in the December slayings of Woody and Dorotha Fullwood of Mt. Pleasant.

In Nevada, Hill faces charges in connection of car thefts in Santaquin and Wells, Nev., and the attempted carjacking of a West Wendover poker dealer.

The dealer, Rattana Keomanivong, was shot once in the back of the head early Dec. 31, after she says Hill ordered her at gunpoint to move to the passenger seat of her car.

Keomanivong says she eventually fought Hill for the gun and that the struggle moved out of the car. When she saw another car pulling up, she believed it was McFarland, who had earlier stolen her purse, and jumped inside the open passenger door of her Audi. She then felt something hit the back of her car and a pain in her head.

Elko County prosecutor Rob Lowe says Hill, who also faces an attempted murder charge, was the only one who could have shot Keomanivong.

"The only person who could have cracked off that round is Ms. Hill," he said. "It's too much to assume that Mr. McFarland could have come up, bumped Ms. Keomanivong's car [as she attempted to drive away], and fire a shot in a matter of seconds."

Hill's case will now be moved to Elko District Court. No future court date has been set.

McFarland has already been bound over following a preliminary hearing last month.

Police began searching for Hill and McFarland on Dec. 31, after a Mt. Pleasant couple was found slain in their home. Hill and McFarland each face burglary charges in Sanpete County, but Utah prosecutors have yet to file charges in connection with the death of Woody and Dorotha Fullwood, ages 70 and 69.
