Traffic between southbound Interstate 215 and westbound Interstate 80 jammed Monday morning after a garbage truck overturned.
The driver of the truck was uninjured, but garbage was strewn across the highway around 8:30 a.m., said Utah Highway Patrol Cpl. Todd Johnson. The freeway onramp was down to a single lane for several hours during cleanup.
