Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 15-year-old Harrisville girl.
Chelsea Ann Smith is described by police as 150 pounds, 5-foot-5-inches tall with blond hair and brown eyes. She was last seen Thursday at 2:30 p.m., wearing a black coat with a fur collar, black pants and black boots, and a gray striped shirt. She was carrying a brown and pink day pack, Harrisville Police Chief Max Jackson said.

"We don’t have any reason to believe that she is in any danger other than she is diabetic and is prone to seizures," Jackson said. "She doesn’t have her medication with her so that causes us some concern."
Police were told by the family that it was out of character for the teen to not return home and that she had not done anything like this before. Smith was last seen leaving Weber High School, where she is a sophomore. She did not get on her school bus, Jackson said.
Anyone with information can call Weber dispatch at 801-629-8221.
