All three teenage passengers of a car involved in a fatal crash in Sandy on Tuesday night are expected to survive, police say.
Sandy police spokesman Troy Arnold said a 17-year-old front seat male passenger, initially in critical condition after being flown by medical helicopter to University Hospital, was reported to be in serious condition Wednesday.

Killed in the 5:30 p.m. Tuesday rollover near State Street’s intersection with 10100 South was the driver, Brandon Jeremy Evans, also 17, of Draper.
As of Wednesday, two of the other passengers — a male and a female — had been released from the hospital.
Evans, a student at Jordan High School, lost control of his Toyota Corolla while driving northbound on State Street. Arnold said a witness reported that the car had just stopped at a red light. When the light turned green, the car began swerving back and forth before going into a roll and crashing into a light pole.
The cause of the accident remained under investigation. Arnold said there was no indication of Evans being under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the crash.
