A 7-Eleven clerk was held up at knifepoint early Monday morning in Millcreek.
The robbery occurred just before 2 a.m. Monday at 2287 E. 3300 South. A man entered the store, demanded cash from the teller and flashed a small knife. The clerk emptied the cash register, according to Lt. Justin Hoyal of the Unified Police Department.

The man ran from the store, dropping some money on his way out, and headed down 2300 East. Police arrived shortly and began a search, but they were not able to find the suspect, Hoyal said.
The suspect is described as either Polynesian or American Indian, 5 foot 7 inches and 190 pounds. He was wearing a burgundy sweater, dark pants and a hat with ear flaps. He also wore gloves.
