In this week’s Three Questions, The Salt Lake Tribune’s cartoonist Pat Bagley discusses why he chose to draw a tribute to Charlie and Braden Powell, who were killed by their father, Josh Powell, on Sunday.

He also shares something people may not know about him personally, as well as the inspiration for his oft-used Utah politician character.
