Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort wants to help single people improve their love lives.
On Tuesday, Valentine’s Day, the Peruvian Express chairlift will have a line dedicated to "singles who are not in a relationship," said resort executive Dave Fields, who proposed to his wife on that lift.

As an enticement, Snowbird will sell adult all-day chairlift tickets for $40 on Tuesday. When the ski day ends, a "singles social" will take place at El Chanate, a restaurant in the Cliff Lodge. Guests who mention the singles line are eligible for buy-one, get-one-free appetizers and entrees, Fields said.
