A man was reported to have fallen Friday night from the fourth floor of a building.
Salt Lake City fire responded to a medical call about 6:30 p.m. at Artspace Commons at 824 S. 400 West.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene, Salt Lake Fire spokesman Scott Freitag said. The scene was turned over to Salt Lake City police, who ruled the incident a suicide.
