Carbon County Sheriff James Cordova announced Wednesday his second-in-command is on administrative leave pending the outcome of an investigation, but gave no details on why he was being investigated.
In a news release on Wednesday, Cordova said he placed Capt. Guy Adams on leave. The release said no other details would be provided until "the pursuing investigation is completed."
