On Christmas Eve, a loss prevention employee at a Kohl’s located at 3031 S. 5600 West saw a woman grab three bras from a rack and one Flexee — upper body shaper — and go into a dressing room, according to court documents.
When the West Valley City woman came out of the dressing room and left the store she no longer had the merchandise totaling $138 and the room was empty.
Once located, the woman later admitted to police officers to hiding the items under her clothing. Police searched the woman and found the bras and body shaper along with three baggies with 36 grams of methamphetamine and a baggie of marijuana, according to court documents.
