Taylorsville police are seeking the public’s help in locating a gunman who held up an Arby’s restaurant Wednesday night.
Police said Thursday that the suspect — described as a white man wearing a black coat, black cap and a green bandana as a mask — walked into the restaurant near 3700 West and 5400 South about 9:15 p.m. Wednesday. He displayed a silver-colored handgun and demanded cash.

No shots were fired and no injuries were reported. The suspect, who reportedly leaped over the counter to empty the till, fled on foot.
