Free eye exams and doctor visits for people without insurance or with only minimal insurance will take place over the next few weeks in the Salt Lake Valley. A Social Security card or identification is not required but appointments must be made in advance.

The mobile health clinic program is a partnership of various community agencies including United Way of Salt Lake, Utah Partners for Health and Salt Lake County.
