A Salt Lake City woman accused of trying to sell her teen daughter's virginity for $10,000 has accepted a plea deal.

The 32-year-old woman, whose name is being withheld to protect her daughter's identity, pleaded guilty Monday to two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, a second-degree felony. Two first-degree felony counts of aggravated sex abuse were dismissed as part of the deal.

The woman was charged in May after her boyfriend discovered a conversation between the woman and a man named "Don." The woman was also accused of sending pictures of her 13-year-old daughter in lingerie to another man.

She is scheduled to be sentenced in 3rd District Court on Dec. 5.
