The last of four Utah County men accused of trapping two females in a truck and sexually assaulting them in 2009 has been sentenced.

Kyle Anderson, 20, of Lindon, was sentenced Wednesday in 4th District Court to two days in jail and 36 months probation on one reduced count of third-degree felony reckless endangerment.

A charge of first-degree felony count of forcible sexual abuse against Anderson was dismissed last year.

Three other co-defendants were previously sentenced.

• Jace M. Blickenstaff, 21, of Lindon, had pleaded guilty to one third-degree felony count of dealing harmful materials to a minor. At sentencing, he was ordered to pay a $958 fine and given credit for eight days served in jail.

• Jared E. Holland, 20, of Pleasant Grove, had pleaded no contest to unlawful detention, a class B misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 120 hours of community service and a $588 fine.

• Shawn Havili, 20, of Pleasant Grove, pleaded no contest to a lesser charge of attempted sexual battery, a class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 24 months probation, including 30 days in jail.

According to Lone Peak police, the four men were driving with two females, ages 17 and 18, near Highland early in the morning of Oct. 7, 2009, when the men attempted to remove the girls' clothing and fondle them.

The 18-year-old said she fought them off, according to police, and the men finally let her out of the vehicle.

The 17-year-old also got out, but the men told her they would return her clothes only if she got back in, police wrote. She did, and was dropped off at American Fork Junior High School.
