JROTC • Maj. Kit Workman, Clearfield High School's senior Aerospace instructor, has been recognized as the Utah Air Force Association/Aerospace Education Foundation Teacher of the Year. He also was recognized by the Air Force as an Outstanding Instructor with merit. Workman, a JROTC instructor for 16 years, teaches sciences of flight; U.S. history with an emphasis on the role of the military and aviation; and space exploration, among other duties.
