What's your vision of Main Street? • Envision Utah is inviting residents to a workshop at 6:30 tonight at Webster Center, 8952 W. Main St., to discuss what type of development they want on Main Street. Residents who can't attend are asked to complete a survey at http://svy.mk/S11G9z beginning on Friday.


Be safe on Halloween • The Unified Police Department is urging children to wear reflective clothing, use crosswalks and go in groups when trick-or-treating on Wednesday. Parents are encouraged to review candy collected before consuming.

West Valley City

MuV chat • Youth 12 and older are invited to watch "Beetlejuice" at 3 p.m. Friday at West Valley Library, 2880 W. 3650 South. Bring your cellphones so you can put your comments and "LOLs" up on the screen. The movie is rated PG-13, and you must be at least 12 to attend.
