Real Salt Lake, well-rested and coming off an exciting win, will host the New England Revolution on Saturday, May 5, at 7 p.m. in Rio Tinto Stadium.
RSL (6-3-1) ended their three-game winless streak this past Saturday when Jonny Steele scored in stoppage time to give them a 3-2 win over Toronto FC. They will be looking for their fourth-straight home victory.
The Revs (2-5-0) went 0-for-April, dropping games to Dallas, D.C. and New York. However, four of their five losses this season have come by a single goal, and three of those were on the road. And the New England ended its losing streak with a win over Colorado on Wednesday.
However, that means the Revolution will come in to Rio Tinto Stadium on just a couple of days rest.
