The Red Devils will play Sky View — winners over Westlake in the first round — in the last of four quarterfinal games, starting about 7:15 p.m. They have won eight of their last 10 games.
They also could lead a Region 8 sweep into the semifinals.
Timpanogos plays Bonneville in the first game at 2:30, followed by Skyline and Maple Mountain at 4:10. Mountain Crest and Salem Hills square off at 5:30 p.m. Three of those teams - Timpanogos, Maple Mountain and Salem Hills - are from powerful Region 8 in Utah County.
Skyline advanced to the quarterfinals after being eliminated in the first round last year, behind senior Miquelle Askew’s 35 points and 13 rebounds in a victory over Roy. The Eagles are one of the No. 1 seeds remaining, along with Salem Hills and Bonneville, which went undefeated in Region 5.
