Commuter update • The Utah Department of Transportation will hold public hearings on plans to extend I-15 express lanes through Davis and Weber counties on Thursday, Nov. 1, at the Hope Center, 5051 S. 2000 West in Roy, and on Thursday, Nov. 8, at Woods Cross City Hall, 1555 S. 800 West. Fall cleaning • The city will put out trash bins for its fall cleanup from 8 a.m. Friday, Nov. 2, until 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4. The bins, for regular waste and green waste, will be placed at Foxhollow Park, 655 N. Foxhollow Drive; Hatch Park, 50 W. Center; Eaglewood Golf Course lower parking lot, 1110 E. Eaglewood Drive; and Eaglewood Drive and Davis Boulevard.
