Volunteerism • Students from McGillis School in Salt Lake City made a donation of $5,000 to the Utah Food Bank from a Brownies-in-a-Bag fundraiser that resulted in the sale of more than 2,500 bags of brownie mix. The school also donated 1,802 pounds of food to the Utah Food Bank. This isn't the first time McGillis has contributed to the food bank. The school reports donations totaling $43,000 in recent years.
