Associated General Contractors of Utah headquarters building in West Valley CIty is gold LEED certified. It teamed up with Rocky Mountain Power's Blue Sky renewable energy program which awarded approximately $136,000 to fund the installation of 134 solar panels on the roof of AGC. The panels are expected to generate about 55,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity per year, roughly equivalent to the amount used by six Utah homes.
