The Egg & I Restaurant on Monday opened its fourth Utah location at 12300 S. 1300 East, Draper.
The casual, full-service breakfast and lunch restaurant is open 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on weekends, according to a news release.
Kade and Kalli Huntsman own the franchise license for all Egg & I locations in Utah
The company said the new location will create about 45 new jobs in Draper.
The Egg & I is based in Centennial, Colo. Through franchise agreements and company-owned restaurants, it operates 90 locations in 19 states.
