OGIO, a Salt Lake City-based designer of golf bags, apparel and accessories, has announced the addition of Peter Woolf to the sales management team. Prior to joining OGIO, Woolf held national account manager and sales manager positions at Callaway Golf.

The Utah-based law firm of Snow, Christensen & Martineau has announced that David O. Seeley has joined the firm as a shareholder and leader of its intellectual property practice group. Prior to joining Snow, Christensen & Martineau, Seeley was a partner at Workman, Nydegger & Seeley for 18 years, and with Holme Roberts & Owen for seven years

Management & Training Corporation, Centerville, has appointed Sergio Molina as its new senior vice president of business development and administration. Molina has served as the warden of MTC's Gadsden Correctional Facility in Quincy, Fla., for the past three years.

Tim Wheelwright, a shareholder in the Salt Lake City-based law firm of Durham Jones & Pinegar, has been named a "Chamber Champion" for his individual contribution to the success of the Salt Lake Chamber. Wheelwright's practice concentrates on immigration matters.

Dixie Leavitt, founder of the Cedar City-based Leavitt Group, has been nationally recognized as a "Game Changer" in the insurance business. The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers chose Leavitt as one of the individuals who has made a significant impact or brought positive change to the insurance business over the last 100 years. The honor is part of the council's centennial anniversary celebration.

McKinstry, a construction, energy and facility services firm, has announced the hiring of Lin Alder as business and development manager to help expand its operations in Utah. Previously, Alder worked for 18 years in Utah's water and energy sustainability industry serving in positions at ETC Group, Intermountain Wind & Solar and Wasatch Wind.

Ancestry.com, the online family history resource, announced the appointment of Janice Chaffin and Brad Garlinghouse to its operating committee.

Reynolds Cycling, a Sandy-based design and manufacturer of high-performance bicycle wheels, announced the appointment of Todd Tanner to product manager. Tanner, a former professional downhiller with more than 20 years of experience in the bike industry, was most recently the regional sales/product development specialist at Pivot Cycles/BH Bikes in Arizona.

Prosperity 2020, Utah's largest business-led movement to enhance innovation, investment and accountability in education, has named Alan E. Hall as its new chair. Hall is also the founder, chair and former CEO of MarketStar Corporation, a global outsourced marketing and sales company.

Vivint, the home automation services company based in Provo, has announced the appointment of David Bywater as the company's new chief operating officer. For the past 20 years, Bywater has consulted with and run a number of companies and has a strong track record of leading rapidly expanding small, medium, and large enterprises.
