Envision Healthcare » Greenwood Village, Colo., 35 million shares, priced $20 to $22, managed by Goldman Sachs, Barclays and BofA Merrill Lynch. Proposed NYSE symbol EVHC. Business: U.S. provider of outsourced medical and ambulance services.

Independence Realty Trust » Philadelphia, Pa., 4 million shares, priced $10 to $11, managed by Ladenburg Thalmann & Co., William Blair and JMP Securities. Proposed NYSE symbol IRT. Business: REIT that owns eight properties in Georgia, Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Texas and Virginia.

Sophiris Bio » La Jolla, Calif., 5 million shares, priced at $13, managed by Citi and Leerink Swann. Proposed Nasdaq symbol SPHS. Business: Developing a biologic to treat enlarged prostates.

Third Point Reinsurance » Pembroke, Bermuda, 22.2 million shares, priced $12.50 to $14.50, managed by J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley. Proposed NYSE symbol TPRE. Business: Bermuda-based specialty property and casualty reinsurer.
