Developer starts construction of office building in Lehi

Perry and Associates, a Salt Lake City commercial real estate developer, has begun construction of a three-story office building in Lehi.

The building, to be known as Traverse Ridge Center I, will have 70,000 square feet of Class A office space. It will be located east of Interstate 15 at the State Road 92 exit. Construction should be finished in April.

The property is adjacent to a future TRAX line and is within walking distance of the new Adobe campus.
