The Salt Lake City office of CBRE announced that Perry & Associates, Inc. is breaking ground on Traverse Ridge Center I in Lehi this month.

Traverse Ridge I is a 70,000-square-foot, Class A office building and the first phase of a 22-acre, mixed-use office campus. Located at the intersection of State Road 92 and Triumph Boulevard, the new building will be highly visible from Interstate 15.

"Triumph Boulevard will become an important east/west connector as development in Lehi continues to increase. There is also a future TRAX stop planned just north of the site," said Eric Smith, first vice president at CBRE.

Traverse Ridge I is expected to be completed by April, 2014. Build-to-suit and ground lease options are available.

CBRE was selected by developer Perry & Associates as the landlord representative for the new building. Eric Smith, Kreg Peterson, James Mecham and Jessmine Kim will oversee the listing.

The Los Angeles-based CBREis among the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firms, employing 37,000 people.
