Teen drinking: Trucks carry message to parents

New mobile billboards on garbage trucks will be carrying anti-underage drinking messages, focusing on parents' influence over their children. Wasatch Front Waste and Recycling District, in conjunction with the state-funded ParentsEmpowered.org, are employing 43 vehicles with such phrases as "Parents beat peer pressure. Set clear no underage drinking rules."
