David J. Loden has been named executive director of The Family Counseling Center. He brings more than 28 years of industry experience to his new position and served most recently as director of business development for Universal Health Services' Cottonwood Treatment Center

Zions Bank has hired Michele Sauk as a commercial relationship manager. She has more than a decade of lending experience. Sauk previously served as a vice president in the Small Business Administration Division of U.S. Bank and as a business banking officer.

Lynnette Hiskey has been named director of the Utah Division of Arts & Museums. She has served at the division for the past nine years as assistant director.

The Salt Lake City-based law firm of Prince Yeates has announced the election of Glenn R. Bronson as president for 2013-2014. A native of Salt Lake City, Bronson graduated from Utah State University in 1986 with a bachelor's degree in English. He earned his law degree from the J. Reuben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University in 1991. He joined Prince Yeates in 1999.

BWP, a Salt Lake City-based communications agency, said that Dominika Mazur has joined the company as director of research and customer insights. She is completing her doctorate in social psychology at the University of Utah.

Tanner LLC, a Salt Lake City-based accounting firm, has announced that Gary Vickrey, a nationally recognized professional in leadership development and business transition, has joined the firm as a partner.

The Salt Lake City-based law firm of Jones Waldo has announced that Adam T. Mow and Travis Marc Wilson were recently elected shareholders. Mow, a graduate of the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, has been with the firm for about a year, practicing construction law. Wilson has practiced both business and real estate law at Jones Waldo since he graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 2003.

DigiCert, a Lindon-based authentication and encryption company, has announced the hiring of high-tech and medical sales veteran executive Alan Raymond as its vice president of sales. The company also has hired security researcher and quality-assurance professional Dan Timpson as its director of project management and quality assurance.

The Burgess Group, a financial services firm based in Salt Lake City, has hired Todd A. Reid as its chief operating officer. He will focus on expanding the firm's ability to address the financial planning needs of business owners and high-net-worth individuals, both domestically and internationally.

Michael Jeppesen, president of IPG Commercial Real Estate in Salt Lake City, was recently chosen as the national chairman for the Independent Brokerage Group (IBG) of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, a 2,800-member international organization.

Utah's Office of Energy Development, a division of the governor's office, has announced the appointment of Tracie Cayford as communications and marketing manager. She started her career in Utah government in the state's tourism office in 1997.

Arches Health Plan, a nonprofit health insurance company that bills itself as the only member-driven co-op in Utah, announced that Judi Hilman will join its executive team as vice president of consumer engagement and strategic partnerships. Hilman is known as an advocate for consumer access to affordable health care.

OB-GYN Ronald Larkin recently received the 2013 William N. Jones Trustee of Excellence award in recognition of his volunteer leadership service as a trustee of Intermountain Healthcare. Larkin was selected from among Intermountain's 450 volunteer trustees for the award, which is given annually.
