CHG Healthcare Services on Monday demonstrated again why it's one of the best places in the U.S. to work.

The Holladay-based physician staffing company staged a come-one-come-all outdoor barbecue for its 844 employees. (The company has more than 600 workers in offices outside Utah.)

Earlier this year, Fortune magazine put CHG at No. 3 on its annual 100 Best Companies to Work For list. The company moved up six places from No. 9 last year because of the energy it expends to communicate with its workforce.
