Although the employment picture is brighter, finding the right job remains a challenge. There are, however, websites specializing in employment listings that can enhance the hunt for a new job. If you're in the market for work or even a career change, here are a few places that might help:

EmploymentGuide.com • Explore job openings in a specific industry or by location, at http://www.employmentguide.com/browsejobsnew.html.

FlipDog.com • Find jobs in a local area, or by most popular cities, states and categories, at http://www.flipdog.com.

Indeed • Perform a quick, simple search with keyword and location to get full job listings, or a more advanced search to narrow the listing, at http://www.indeed.com

JobDig • Features interactive job search map, browsing by job field, and career advice and tools, at http://www.jobdig.com.
