Cyan Inc. • Petaluma, Calif., 8 million shares, priced $10 to $12, managed by Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, and Jefferies. Proposed NYSE symbol CYNI. Business: Provides a software-driven transport/switching platform for network operators.
