Recalls for three-piece clothing sets, 2003-2004 Mazda 6s.

The following products and vehicles were recalled by the Consumer Product Safety Commission or the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Unless otherwise indicated, discontinue use of the products immediately and return them to the store where purchased for a refund. For more information about the products, call the manufacturer or CPSC's toll-free hotline, 800-638-2772. Only some cars or trucks recalled are affected. Contact a dealer for your model to see if it is included in the recall. The dealer will tell you what to do.

Product • Girls' Three-Piece Clothing Sets, sold at Conway, Citi Trends, Duckwall-Alco and other children's apparel stores nationwide and online at Amazon.com from September 2012 to December 2012 for about $40.

Problem • The vest sold with these sets has a belt at the waist that could become snagged or caught in small spaces or vehicle doors, and it poses an entanglement hazard. Consumers should immediately remove the belt from the vest to eliminate the hazard, and have the option of returning the set to the store where purchased for a full refund. No injuries have been reported. Vehicles • 2003-2004 Mazda 6

Problem • A safety defect in the passenger-side air bag may produce excessive internal pressure, causing the inflator to rupture upon deployment. In the event of a crash, the inflator could rupture, with metal fragments striking and potentially seriously injuring the passenger-seat occupant or other occupants. Dealers will inspect vehicles, and where a defective air-bag inflator is identified, the inflator will be replaced for free. The safety recall will begin this month. Owners may contact Mazda Customer Assistance Center at 800-222-5500, option 6. Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 888-327-4236 (800-424-9153), or go to http://www.safercar.gov.
