Trucking giant C.R. England Inc. has reorganized its top leadership after the unexpected death last month of former CEO Wayne Cederholm.
Dean England, formerly president of the family-owned company, will hold the title of co-chairman, Chairman Dan England said in a statement.
Chad England, formerly chief operating officer, becomes CEO.
Josh England, chief financial officer, will take on the added title of president.
"While Wayne Cederholm's passing was certainly unexpected, the company has always had in place a strong plan for leadership continuity," Dan England said.
C.R. England is the largest refrigerated trucking company in the world.
Dean England has worked at every level of the Salt Lake City-based company, starting as a freight handler and moving to CEO and president before taking his new role.
Chad England also has held numerous positions in the company, including director of operations management; vice president of recruiting, training and safe driving; president of England North America; and chief operating officer before becoming CEO.
Josh England was named chief financial officer in January. Previously, he was president of England Logistics.
